Mike Mejia

Mike Mejia is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and the founder of B.A.S.E. Sports Conditioning Inc., a company that provides on-site training and educational resources for young athletes, coaches and parents. He's also certified with the IYCA (International Youth Conditioning Association) as well as a Youth Fitness Specialist and a Youth Nutrition Specialist. The author of several successful fitness books, Mejia is a featured contributor to magazines and websites such as "Men's Health," "USA Swimming," "Inside Lacrosse" and the national STOP Sports Injuries campaign.
