Current IBF heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua has an outrageous amount of punching power. The champ has 16 knockouts in 16 fights—that's power! No normal person would willingly sign up to be on the receiving end of one of Joshua's knockout blows, but just in case you were wondering what it would be like, Joshua posted a video to show you.
In the video below, the 2012 Olympic gold medalist performs an Explosive Cable Push-Pull. Driving through his lower body, Joshua activates his glutes and core, while explosively rowing with one arm and punching with the other. This exercise mirrors the exact movement pattern of a punch, helping him develop his knockout power.

Joshua sets up a camera on the "wrong" side of the punch to give the viewer an idea of what it feels and looks like to have a heavyweight fist flying at your face. And even though A.J. is only working on his jab, we're glad we're not on the receiving end. Check out the exercise below that made Joshua a world champion.
